License Agreement For Sulphuric Software

The accompanying software for simulation/design of Sulphuric Acid Plant and equipment, is licensed the software to you only upon the condition that you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement. Please read the terms carefully before continuing the installation, as continuation of the installation will indicate your assent to them. If you do not agree to these terms, please exit installation.

 

“SULPHURIC” Software Product License

This software product “SULPHURIC” is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The software is licensed, not sold. The software which accompanies this license (“SULPHURIC”) is the property of SHIV PRASAD SHUKLA (“OWNER”), and is protected by copyright law. While OWNER continues to own the Software, you will have certain rights to use the Software after your acceptance of this license.

 

Grant of License: This License grants you the following rights:

Applications Software : You may install and use one copy of the “SULPHURIC”, on up to a maximum of 2 computers. The primary user/users of the computer on which the “SULPHURIC” is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer.

Storage/Network Use : You may also store or install a copy of the “SULPHURIC” on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the “SULPHURIC” on your other computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate a license for each group of five computers on which the “SULPHURIC” is installed or run from the storage device. A license for the “SULPHURIC” may not be shared or used concurrently on more than 2 different computers.

 

Other Rights and Limitations

Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly : You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the “SULPHURIC”, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Separation of Components : The “SULPHURIC” is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

Rental: You may not rent, lease, sublicense, or lend the “SULPHURIC”.

Software Transfer : You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this License, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the “SULPHURIC” (including all component parts, the media, any upgrades and this License), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this License.

Termination : Without prejudice to any other rights, OWNER may terminate this License in case of any non-compliance with the terms and conditions of this License. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the “SULPHURIC” and all of its component parts.

Copyright : “SULPHURIC” is protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties and SHIV PRASAD SHUKLA, the “OWNER”, owns all copyright. The user must protect the copyrights of the OWNER.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

NO WARRANTIES : The “SULPHURIC” is provided on "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. OWNER does not warrant that the Software will meet all your requirements or that operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or that the Software will be error-free. Entire risk, if any is arising out of use or performance of the “SULPHURIC” remains with the user.

 

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES : In no event shall OWNER be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use SULPHURIC, even if OWNER has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
